Our speedhiking classes are for those of you wanting a bit more than a workout class. The aim of speedhiking is to push yourself to the limit while maintaining the all important Nordic Walking technique. Speedhiking training is also perfect in preparing you for the forth coming Ski season, building much needed strength in the legs & core!
