Weekly Training & Workout Classes

We have weekly classes running at all our locations. These classes are not only vitally important to keep on top of your fitness, but also great for your social life. There is also the added bonus of being able to try out one of our other classes giving you the opportunity to progress in your fitness. If there are no specific dates or timings listed within your area and you would like a walk organised, just contact us to arrange a class. Remember, if you can’t come to us, then we’re come to you!
